What we store

We set one functional cookie, units, when you switch between metric and imperial units. It contains only your choice and is kept for one year.

Your location

To suggest cities near you, our server estimates your approximate region from your IP address when you open the home page. If you tap “Use my location”, your browser asks for permission and sends your approximate coordinates once, only to find the nearest city. We do not store either.

Server logs

Our server keeps short-lived technical logs (requested page, time, status) to keep the service running. TODO: state your retention period.

Content delivery

Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site.

Advertising

This site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and measure their performance. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first through Google's consent message, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Privacy and cookie settings” link in the footer. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
